In cases where the product is delivered with defects, damage, or discrepancies such as incorrect size or design, we offer a no-cost replacement. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to qualify for this service.
Order Cancellations and Modifications You are allowed to cancel or alter your order within the first 30 minutes after it has been placed. Any requests made after this period may be considered depending on whether our artists have already commenced work.
Photo Submission Guidelines For the best results, it is essential to submit a high-resolution, clear photo as per HaruPieces' guidelines. The quality of the photo greatly influences the quality of the final artwork. We are unable to amend major features such as your pet’s pose or facial expressions post-submission but can make minor corrections like eye color changes or red-eye removal. While we take into account any special instructions provided at the time of your order, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be accommodated.
