Custom Order Process At HaruPieces, each of our pet portrait products is specially crafted according to individual orders, necessitating additional time for customization and preparation. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect once you’ve placed your order:

Shipping Durations

• Within the US: Typically, most orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks. However, during busy holiday seasons, delivery can extend to up to 4 weeks.

Shipping Charges

• USA: We apply a flat shipping rate of $10 for orders below $100.

Important Information:

• Address Modifications: Any changes to shipping addresses need to be made within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please review your confirmation email and contact us promptly if any adjustments are required.

• ‘Skip the Line’ Artwork Creation: Opting for this service means your pet’s photo is moved to the front of the line, accelerating the artwork creation process by our artists. It’s important to note that this service does not speed up the actual shipping time by the courier.

• Photo Submission Policy: Once a photo is submitted with your order, we are unable to accommodate requests to swap or edit the photo.

• Shipping to Military Addresses: HaruPieces does not ship to military addresses. Should you provide a military address at checkout, we will reach out to you to arrange for an alternative shipping address. If the new shipping address results in different shipping costs, we will issue an invoice for the difference. Your order will be processed as soon as the invoice is settled.
